چکیده
Secondary pancreatic involvement can be seen up to 30% of advance staged non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma cases, but primary lymphomas constitute only 1% extranodal lymphomas. Furthermore, 0.2% the space-occupying lesions are lymphomas, which usually present as a mass in head pancreas with nonspecific symptoms. Therefore, should considered differential diagnosis solid lesions. Herein, we report two cases different clinical presentation and course disease resulting metastatic lymphoma.

Two cases of uterine malignant lymphoma diagnosed by needle biopsy
The incidence of primary malignant lymphoma arising in the female genital tract is extremely rare and constitutes approximately 0.05% of malignant tumors. Uterine malignant lymphoma develops in the endometrial stroma, causing minimal necrosis. It is therefore difficult to diagnose malignant lymphoma, as it does not involve genital bleeding or epithelial defects. We have performed transcervical ...

Adequate specimens for histologic examination were obtained in 98%. The overall accuracy was 91 % with 9% false negative and no false positive diagnoses. Despite the large size of the needle, the total number of complic...
متن کاملPrimary pancreatic lymphoma: two case reports and a literature review
Primary pancreatic lymphoma (PPL) is an extremely rare disease, with only a few cases reported in the literature. Clinical manifestations of PPL are often nonspecific and may mimic other pancreatic diseases. Because of the limited experience of PPL, clinicopathological features, differential diagnosis, optimal therapy, and outcomes are not well defined. We described two cases diagnosed as PPL a...
